    Cap Rates: Stabilized 6%+
    Deal Size: $5MM = $100MM
  • Property Criteria
    Asset Class: Office, retail, hotel
    Location: Top 30 MSA, urban submarkets
    Minimum Occupancy: None
    Preferred Size: 20K SF minimum
    Number of Units/Rooms: 50+
    Preferred Age: Historic properties embraced
  • Location Criteria
    Urban core, downtown/CBD, high walkability, retail-oriented (will not consider suburban locations)
