Wynwood Arcade
This through-block retail complex is a former warehouse that’s emerged from a multi-million dollar, award-winning renovation (including the American Institute of Architects Award of Excellence for Adaptive Re-Use and an AIA Merit Award for Excellence in Architecture). Its three interwoven corridors are lined with stores, restaurants, and galleries. An open-air central atrium with cascading staircase leads to a rooftop bar and event space. The building is enriched with vibrant murals from Tristan Eaton and Hitotzuki. Tenants include The Salty Donut, Osme Perfumery, Please Don’t Tell, and culinary and craft cocktail experiences by James Beard award winner Norman Van Aken.
